Pivot Foot/Spring Coil Balance

Good morning. The Patent number on the pivot foot is 4,610,108 but there is no number on the coil spring cover. I do not have pictures of it installed but could get that if necessary.

Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-111 shown below, which uses the Series 160 coil springs. You will need the number stamped on the end of the coil springs to choose the corresponding strength options. The coil spring support will be the 15-150D. Thanks for posting.

The best we can tell the coil spring number is 4.5 35 and has a patent #532205 (we think). Does that mean I need the 4.5lb springs?

I agree that your stamp code would correspond to the S160-04 coil spring, which supports 4-1/2 pounds each.
