Hi,
I'm looking to replace four balance pieces. They measure 27" from the metal and have the marking of 2640, BSI, and VT. I included pictures that hopefully show enough to see the distance of the holes where the balance installs into. Let me know any other info you need. Thank you!

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! We can supply the replacement balances you need but I'll need to see a photo of the top attachment on the balance to confirm the correct match. The photos only display the bottom shoe.

The missing clip can likely be replaced with the 16-002 Take Out Clip. Carefully look over the dimensions to confirm that this the right replacement.

Hi Jasmine,
The dimensions for the clip are the same. Here is a picture of the top part. Just to confirm, I need four of the entire balance piece (two left and two right, if there's a difference).

Thanks for the requested photos. You'll need either the S351-27 or the S390-27 to replace your balances. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, compare the depth of the bottom shoe.

Our 2640 stamp will support a sash weighing 19 to 26lbs.
