replacement parts for casement window operators

Question

There are, unfortunately, no identifying marks or labels except one number on one of the arms which is 30350. These windows have bars at the top of the window and bottom. Any information you can provide would be helpful. Thank you!

Hello,

Your photos show two different parts: a casement window hinge and a window operator. The hinge might be the 10" 36-048.

The operator resembles be either the 9-1/2" straight arm 39-027E. The other is the 13-1/2" 39-013. Take a look and see how the specifications compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
