Window casement operator identification

Question

I believe this is a CertainTeed window. Window cranks out but not back in. The operator linkage is stamped Truth. Dimensions are as follows.
Long arm is 10"
Med arm is 7"
Curved arm is 4.75"
Hidden arm under window is 4.75"
Left & right side operators needed.

Please review the style of the 39-253RB and 39-253LB or the 39-438B and 39-439B operators. The main difference is the style of the guide at the end of the straight arm. Take a look at the video below for more information.
