Question

ballast and pivot shoe for vinyl tilt out window here are three pictures of the shoe my measurments height 1" 15/16th thickness 7/16th width 1"5/32 the ballast are 3/8 inch by 21" with a white cap my name is Phil. thanks for your help

Your pivot shoe resembles our 15-046 but keep in mind that this shoe is normally used with the S600 spiral balance with a 9/16" diameter housing.

You may want to double-check your measurement and, if so, so you will need S600-21. You'll also need to weigh your sash and follow the chart under the balance product description to choose the corresponding tip color. Thank you.
