Casement hinges and crank or handle

Question

Need to buy these parts that are not available at Home Depot and I don't know the original manufacturer. Please tell if you sell these or who I can buy this from. I live in South Florida. Don't mind mail order.

Hello there. This looks like it might be an older version of the 39-013 or 39-027E operators, depending on the length of the link arm. Please compare with the diagrams below. In either case, for a new handle see the 39-114L sold separately.
