I wasn't able to cross-reference that code to any product in particular, unfortunately. I don't know what you have, so I am unable to confirm if the 39-013 will work.

If you want, you can show me a photo of your operator and I can give you my best estimation. Please make sure that I can see as much of the operator mechanism as possible, in its entirety. That way we can be sure that no important details are missing.

Thanks! With this photo I do believe that our 39-013 and 39-014 are the best options for you. the only two details that stick out to me are the shape of the base and the lack of the screw plate. The base shape fortunately doesn't matter and I'm hoping that your screw plate just broke off. 

You should triple check that second detail just to be safe. If anything is going to be a deal breaker, it'll be that. As long as your operators did have the same kind of screw plate them I'm very confident our parts will work for you.
