The window lock has GA on it. The size is approximately 4 1/4 x 1 1/4 inch

It's tough to say what you have. The cover looks somewhat like our 15-150T, which is made to work with 3/8" thick coil springs like our Series 165 balance. Could these be what you need? If so, these also work with the 15-191 shoe.

I'm not sure. If the part is removed would that help with getting the correct one. I'm attached is a picture of the boot

Ah, perfect. That shoe looks a lot like our 15-199, which is still compatible with the springs we mentioned. Look it over and see what you think.
