Thanks for the photos. Your operator appears to be an older discontinued version of our 39-014 Casement Window Operator. The opposite handed version is the 39-013. The closest match we have to the color of your exiting operator is our beige option. 

The compatible crank handle is the 3-114L Crank Handle.
