11" Truth Surface Mount Casement Operator

Hello,

I can not locate a replacement for my Truth 11" single arm surface mount casement operator. Can you please assist me? I can only find 9.5" or 13.5" replacements. If there is no direct replacement option, will the 9.5" work for me?

Thanks for writing in, Josh. I'm afraid we don't carry an operator like yours with that arm length. I think the 39-013, with its 13-1/2" length, might be too long. I think your best bet would be to go with the 39-027E with the 9-1/2" arm length.
