12" window crank

Question

Window crank does not work. The arm measures approx 12" and i cannot find this exact part anywhere. Please help. thank you.

I would look at our 39-013 and 39-014. I think these can work for you. Now, we measure the arm length as 13-1/2", but we may measure it a little differently from yours. We measure from the center of the wheel bearing at the end of the arm to the center of the gear in the base of the operator. If you measure your operator the same way, I think it'll come out to be about the same.
