143 Pivot bar

Hi Kevin. I can't be entirely certain without seeing an undamaged version of your old pivot bar, but take a look at our 26-449. Review the dimensions listed and let us know if you think this is what you need.

Hi Kevin. The 26-449 is not compatible with the 15-215. However, we are bringing in a pivot bar that is very similar, but with a tip that is compatible with the 15-215. Okay, so seeing your pivot shoe changes a few things. This is not the 15-215. This is an older style pivot shoe that is no longer made. Besides the pivot bar, do you need to replace your pivot shoe, or just coil balances (the coil springs that connect to the shoe)? If you only needed the shoe then it could be replaced with our 15-199; however, the 15-199 has a different cam and thus it is not compatible with the 26-449, nor the new pivot bar I mentioned above that we are bringing in for the 15-215.

Now, here's a possible solution. The 15-215 might be able to replace your current shoe. There is a difference of 1/32" in thickness, but this may not affect function; we honestly can't say for certain. However, if you wanted to try the 15-215, you could wait for us to bring in the new pivot bar that will work with it and replace your old 26-449 pivot bar.

If you don't need a new shoe, but just new coil springs, then it gets abundantly easier. You should be able to use our Series 160 coil springs, which are the same shoes that work with the newer 15-199 shoe. In that case, you also could just use the 26-449 pivot bar.
