16x32 window very hard to open

A home owner from USA says:
Can you help ID this weatherstripping for the same window?

The metal portion is 16" long and is roughly 1/2 by 1/2 an inch, slightly over.

The stamp says 16C BSI.

Open or closed cam, I am not sure but here is a pic and i think i should replace the entire unit as on of the cams has a broken piece.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, your weatherstripping is too damaged to make out. Id there another window with weatherstripping that is in better condition? If so, please show us an end profile photo of the intact seal and we can go from there.

As for the closed cam Series 795 channel balance shown in your photo, we can supply them with the 15-198 hook attached through a custom order. We'll just need you to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!

A contractor from USA says:
Yes, please quote me for two balances, one window set.

Can you send me some possibilities or options for the weather stripping?

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Great, we just sent over an order link and price quote for the balances you requested. As for your weatherstripping, you could start by reviewing our small selection of bubble seal here to see if one of them could work for your window specifications.

A contractor from USA says:
Does the quote include all the necessary replacement parts?

Casey from SWISCO responded:

The quote is for two balance assemblies, including the metal channel that holds the spring and pulley system, the 15-195 T-lock shoe, and the 15-198 pulley clip.
