I'm afraid this hardware is very old and hasn't been made in many years. No direct substitutes were ever made. 

I cannot guarantee they will work, but you may be able to adapt either our 39-013 or the 39-027E, depending on the length of your operator arm. You will also have to adapt the wood sill cover at the bottom of the window to fit the newer style operator, or have one made to fit. 

As for the lock, take a look at the 38-075 along with the 38-089 keeper. Again, you will need to see if you can adapt this lock to your window. I also cannot be sure if they will work even after that.
