1997 Simonton Coil Balance assembly and Pivot Bars

Hello. I need help with finding coil balance assembly and pivot bars compatible for my 1997 Simonton Windows. I attached pics of the balance, pivot bar, and model/series label from side of the sash.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe isn't something we have an exact match for, but you could consider the 15-259 and Series 159 coil balances. You'd also need the 26-083 pivot bar and 15-255 or 15-256 coil supports, depending on the number of springs used per side of the window. Feel free to get back to us with the sash weight, and we can calculate the correct coil weights.

As for the tilt latch, can you show us an undamaged version? We'd also like to know the width, depth, and length of the latch.
