Thanks for posting. For the Sash Lock, see if the 90-286 matches up. For the spiral balance, you'll need to remove it and review critical dimensions to match the right replacement. See the videos below.

That is all very helpful, thanks.
Ok, another question. It appears that the window pivot shoe and the pivot bar seem to be the biggest problem. The pivot bar has rusted completely and I cannot get it out. The end of the bar has come off into the pivot shoe. I'm not sure what size bar is needed. I took pics of the hole and where the screw goes in to hold it in place. Can you guide me on how to move forward with this?

The pivot bar might be something like our 26-040, but you will need to compare to an undamaged version, from an identical window in the house if necessary, to confirm. For removing and replacing pivot bars, watch the video below.

The pivot shoe might be 15-046, 15-047, or 15-118, among other possibilities. I can't say for sure without knowing the thickness of the shoe. Compare all with your old pivot shoe to see if any matches up.

Finally, you provide two different spiral balance lengths in your photos, so I'm not certain if these are from separate windows or you need both sizes. One appears to be 28" long; the other is 16-1/2" long; for the balance tube that is 16-1/2" long, round up to 17". Measure the diameter of the outer tube. If it's 3/8", you need a Series 900 balance. If it's 5/8", see the Series 600. Finally, obtain the exact weight of the window sash to confirm the Color Tip option you need.
