Photo ending in 3103 is width of balancer housing.

Thank you for reaching out to us. This appears to be a match for the Series 795. However, this must be a custom order since your old stamp isn't a stock option of ours. Can you confirm how the balance mounts to the top of the window track?
We're happy to help with the pivot bar but I'm afraid it's too damaged. May we see an undamaged version removed from the window sash?

The 26-360 comes to mind for the pivot bar but I recommend you compare the specifications to confirm. This isn't included in the order link so don't forget to add the desired quantity to your cart separately.
