2007 built Ryan Gomes Windows Balance replacement

A home owner from Manassas VA says:
Hello, I have a Ryan home built in late 2007 and almost all window balances are broken. Below is the info that I could gather (I might have some incorrect as it is very tough to decipher some letters) - can someone help me find out what replacement part will work for me to fix all my home windows:

It looks like you're going to need a Series 795 Channel Balance with a 15-195 1-1/4" Open Cam T-Lock Shoe. Can you confirm the metal channel is 36" long? Is there a stamp code on the metal channel you can show us? Finally, can you show us how the balance attaches to the top of the window track--is it via a screw clip or a hook?

A home owner from Manassas VA says:
Yes the metal channel is 36 inch long.
The stamp code on it is 30B, TH, NIS8 ( picture attached).
The top string is a screw clip (also picture attached).

Thanks for getting back to me. If the metal channel is in fact 36" long, 30B is a strange stamp code to have on it. To be safe, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the window sash to determine the stamp option you need. Otherwise, our standard S795-36 should work for you. This comes with the 15-195 installed by default.
