2220 23" x 1/2"

I am not sure what series this is. The spring seems to attach lower than your pictures. It is in a single hung no tilt window. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Bill. This looks like either an S351-23 or S390-23, depending on the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. Don't worry about the exact configuration of the spring; depending on who made your balance, it may look a little different from ours. So long as you select our stamp option of 2220, it will have the right strength for your window.
