23" channel..

Question

some of the plastic is broken. The numbers, if hard to read are 2220.  I hope you can help me.  Does the item come with the top and bottom plastic pieces included?

Thanks for writing in. Based on the depth of your bottom balance shoes will decide whether or not our S351-23 or S390-23 channel balance will work in your window. You would go with the 2220 option for whichever balance you choose.
