24" wide double hung vinyl window slider parts (don't know exact name of any parts)

Question

What I'm missing is Four items:
1) upper nylon block (this holds item 2). this block screwed into exterior of window jamb.
2) metal spring that assist raising window.
3)lower nylon block that slides up and down. It also will hold item 4 when you set it in.
4) Metal (seems like weak almost lead) "T" shape that is screwed into the window bottom outer corners. This is what you set into 3) above to get the window back into window frame once you fully remove window for cleaning etc.

Hey there, thanks for writing in! The pivot shoe in the window appears to be part 15-199. To determine if this is the correct replacement, look over the dimensions and carefully compare them to your existing shoe. I am confident this is the replacement you'll need.

The compatible pivot bar should be part 26-378. Although, you'll need to compare the dimensions to confirm.

This pivot shoe is compatible with either the Series 160 (1/2" width) or the Series 165 (3/8" width) coil balance springs. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the width of your coils.

Then you'll need to look for any stamps/markings that will indicate the spring strength needed for your window. You'll be able to select it from the list of balances for the series you need (links included above).

If there are no stamps/markings, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash. Then divide the sash weight by the total number of coils in the window.
