25yo window parts

Question

I am almost positive that the balance & balance stop pictured are exactly what I need. I do not see the shoe. Needless to say I am freaking out. Obviously, cannot complete the work without the shoes. I am replacing all seven sets in our home. One snapped this morning. Going to replace all. Better safe than sorry. My only other question. How the hell do I remove the shoe from the channel? No room to twist and turn and I dont want to cut into it. HELP!! Please

We have a jamb spreader for your old Silverline vinyl windows, the 75-069. Review our video below. For your discontinued pivot shoe, you can use the 15-046. The balance shown in your photos is S765-28 with a (27-5) strength option. The balance stop would be the 26-053A. Thanks for posting!
