Thanks for writing in! The replacement balances you need are our S795-26 channel balances with a 15-198 hook attached to the top. With that said, these will need to be a custom ordered assembly. The good new is that we can get these made up for you here in our warehouse.

To get the order link made up for you, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.

Your T-Lock shoe looks like it could be either our 15-195 with a closed cam or our 15-195B with an open cam. To confirm which of these you need, please confirm the width of the bottom shoe. You'll also need to check an undamaged shoe to confirm if the metal cam is closed off or opened on the back.

In regard to the pivot bar, yours looks a lot like either our 26-040 or 26-083 . Carefully review the dimensions from the diagrams below. Compare them to your existing pivot bar to determine if either of these is the right fit.
