Take a look and compare the 15-195 T-lock shoe to yours. If you need new balances for your window, we'd be happy to supply them but it would need to be a custom order since our S795 balances do not come with the 15-198 clip shown in your photos. We'd just need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum order being two, to send you an order link and price quote. Thank you!

We'd be happy to look into this as well but we'll need to see photos of the original latch to compare to our inventory.
Take a look at the 26-435 top tilt latches to see if these could work on your window. Take note of the end of the tilt pin to see if it would fit in your track and if the holes line up with the installation hole placement in your sash. Thanks for posting.
