27B Custom Order

A quick learner from The Woodlands, TX says:
Hi there, I am pretty sure that I read another posting where this balancer would be a custom make. It's stamped with a 27B channel, and has some perhaps unique ends. One is completely missing from my window, and the other appears damaged. Here are pics of the other with a tape measure next to it. I'll need to replace both, and perhaps order some extras for other windows.

Thank you!
Andrew

Hello there. This looks like an S795-27, stamped 27B. Can you check an identical-sized window in the house to see which T-Lock Shoe your balances use? It should either be the 15-195 Closed Cam Shoe, or the 15-195B Open Cam with an open back wall. Also, your balances attach to the window track with a hook like our 15-198. Can you show me the hole in the track to which these hooks attach? Its shape will clue in as to the best course of action for your replacements. Finally, let me know exactly how many balances you want, and we'll proceed from there.

Ok, sorry for the delay. We were able to take apart another window, and got some great pics. Here they are.

Thanks. This is definitely a Series 795 Channel Balance. You can use our 26-200 screw plug (sold separately) to fill that square hole at the top of the window track; you can then attach our standard balances via a screw clip. Your balances uses the shoes that come attached by default to these balances (our 15-195). Based on the stamp you should need the S795-27 27" balances, with a stamp option of 27B. Let me know if you have any further questions.
