27C BSI balance replacement

Question

My window balances broke on my window and I need help to get another. The channel itself is marked 27C BSI tk. The show is marked with patent #6.679.000, 4.610.108, D467 490 and my window tilts. The top part broke too and I will include a pic, it is black and one is marked 40 and the other 49.

Thanks for posting! You have an old type of balance that isn't made anymore, I'm afraid. Our Series 795 should work as a replacement, however it seems yours has a hook at the top, rather than the screw tab our Series 795 comes with. If you'd like, I can custom make a S795-27 channel balance with a 27C option and a 15-198 clip.
