27C ballance Rods

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like the S795-27 with 27C stamp. The 15-195 closed cam shoe comes attached with this balance but I can't tell if this is what you have since your shoe is damaged. You'll want to check an undamaged version to be sure. 

Please note that the Series 795 installs at the top of the window track using a screw. If your hardware uses a hook, please let me know!
