This looks like our Series 795 channel balance, but with the top screw-on clip replaced with a hook. We can custom make an S795-27 for you with a 15-198 hook. Does that look good? If so, let me know how many you need and we can work from there.

That looks good, I'll need 8 of those. I also need qty. 6 27B-BSI-LR, also with the hook. Please see photo.
