Hello. I am hoping to replace the channel balances on two vinyl double hung windows (4 balances total). The channel is stamped 28D and the sash weighs 23 lbs. The replacement balance appears to be the S770-28D. However, the top and bottom connections are not typical and may require a custom order. Please refer to the attached photos and advise further.

Thanks for reaching out to us. This appears to be the S795-28, not the S770-28. The Series 795 installs with a screw but yours uses a hook like the 15-198 so this must be a custom order. I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link for (4) S795-28 balances with the 28D stamp and 15-198 hook attached. Please note that the 15-194 shoe is sold separately so don't forget to add your needed quantity to your cart.
