3 coil housing

Question

Looking for this 3 coil plastic housing. Its 4.75" X 1.25" long. The coil is good.

Hello!

It looks like you have the 15-199 pivot shoe which uses the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 coil springs. I suspect your old spring band is 3/8" wide so if I'm right, you'd want the 15-205 triple coil spring support. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
