Thanks for reaching out, again! Your assembly can be replaced with the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe and the Series 152 Coil Balance springs. The springs are attached to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. I've tagged all of the components that make up the covers below this thread.

You'll need to look for the stamps/markings on your existing coils to select the coils you need from the list of springs, please click the link to view them. There is also a video tutorial below with instructions on how to select the correct coils.
