Your pivot bar reminds me of the 26-378, which is meant to install in pivot shoes designed like the 15-199. I'm not sure what style of shoe you have but as long as the cam design is the same as the image shown below and the dimensions of our pivot bar match yours, you should be good to go. Look it over and see what you think.
