3 spring coil balancer

no part numbers or manufacturer seen. I included a photo of the sash where it comes out in one part from the face and one part from the opposite side. I just need to make sure I get the right part

Thanks for posting. See the 15-199 Pivot Shoe. Are the coil springs 3/8" thick? Or 1/2"? If they are 3/8" use the Series 165 springs. For one stamps #4, you can use the S165-4 4.5 pound spring. For a coil cover see the 15-205. Let me know if you have further questions.
