30350 is stamped on the short piece. House is 70s, not sure what brand of windows. Casement windows with wood frame.

Hi! I have 4 casement windows that no longer crank open. The gear thing seems to be stripped; the handle just spins. Please if you can help figure out a replacement, that would be so great. Thank you!!

It definitely sounds like you need a new operator. See our 39-013 and 39-014 to start out and carefully compare our dimensions to yours to confirm that everything lines up.
