The windows were installed in new construction 2015. Coil springs are completely destroyed on left and right of 1 - 3'x5' window - double pain single hung tilt vinyl window. I have included in pictures all the information I could on the window. Thanks.

Hello, thank you for posting,
Your balance assembly resembles the 15-199 pivot shoe that is compatible with the 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs or the 1/2" thick Series 160. You will need to measure the thickness to determine the correct series of coil to use. Please review the dimensions of the pivot shoe below that is 17/32" thick to determine a good fit.

I have included a picture of my window pivot point. I don't know if it can be removed or not. My window sash weighs 23.6 pounds And my coil spring is 7/16 of an inch wide. Both of my coil Spring covers are broken and need to be replaced.

Unfortunately we do not carry a 7/16" spring option. Are you able to double check the measurement? We can only provide a 1/2" or 3/8" thick option. Once we determine the series, I can assist with choosing the correct weighted coils to choose for your window weight.
If you need a new pivot bar, please review the dimensions of the 26-378. Your original can be removed by unscrewing the bar and sliding it out of the window sash. Let me know what you think!
