32" Series 795 Channel Balance

A quick learner from Brunswick, GA says:

I wanted to know if you carried any window balances with a clip. The measurement is 32". The ones on the website should a screw-in option but won't work with the hole I have in the window.

Thank you for your time.

Hi Natasha. You're absolutely correct--you have a Series 795 with a 15-198 hook attached on top rather than a screw clip. This is not a stock item of ours, but we'd be happy to provide this for you via custom order. I just need a little more information to draft a quote:

  • What is the stamp code on the metal channel?
  • Can you show us a version of the shoe that's undamaged? The shoe is likely either the 15-195, with a closed metal cam, or the 15-195B, which has an open metal cam (meaning it has no back wall, so you can see through the rear of it).
  • How many of these balances do you need?

From there I will draft a quote for you.

Hi, I asked a question earlier on the thread. I'm ready to order parts, so how do I go about ordering the series 795 with a 15-198 hook? I also need the 15-195 show and the little metal piece it attaches to.

The stamps on the window are as followed:

32A - need 4

32 B - need 2

Thank you

I can email you two purchase links right now that will let you add these two balances to your cart in the quantities requested. You can then checkout as normal.
