32 inch channel balance

Question

I am not sure of the window brand. The builder was using Atrium around the time our home was built.....as well as another brand. I do not know the other brand & there are no identifications on any of the windows in the house.
They were installed in January 2004.
The Warranty # on the label in this window is 09342502.
This is a double window & each one needs repair. The plastic shoe is broken on one side of each.
I would like to replace all the balances (4) if I can find them.

Thanks for contacting us! We should be able to help, but your balance will need to be custom made. I'm thinking it's our Series 795 but with the top screw tab swapped out for a 15-198 hook. Before we can make this for you, can you tell me what the stamp on the metal channel reads?
