We do not carry this exact balance, but we recommend reviewing the Series 795 as a full replacement option. The main difference is that the bottom of your metal channel is indented while the Series 795 is not. Review the metal channel for a number/letter to determine the correct stamp option. The T-lock shoe looks like a match for the 15-194 which is compatible with the Series 795. This shoe would need to be purchased separately and swapped out with the stock shoe before installation. Are you able to show us the top of the balance and how it installs? It should either install using a screw in clip or a hook like the 15-198. The stock Series 795 comes with a screw in clip. If yours using a hook, we will need to custom configure the balance for you.
