34 inch channel balance

Hello. I need a replacement channel balance for a 34 inch balance. The only markings on it are "34B BSI".

Hello,

Your balance resembles our S795-34 except yours uses a 15-198 hook instead of the screw tab that comes with the stock balance. We can have these custom-made for you but we'll need to know how many balances you need, as well as confirm the width of the t-lock shoe on your original balance, which should measure with 1" or 1-1/4". Thank you!

Thanks for the reply. The T-lock shoe is 1-1/4" and I will only need one of these. Appreciate your help.
