What do I need to order for replacements and the latch on the spring fits in a hole drilled in the sash.

Your balance resembles our S795 except yours uses the 15-198 clip instead of a screw tab. It also looks like you have the smaller 1" wide 15-194 t-lock shoe. We can supply these balances with the specifications that you need but it will need to be a custom order.
