Hello,

Look's like I may have the caradco brand crank. The window is from 1980. I see you have the 9 1/2" replacement version, but my arm is more like 11 1/4.

Can you recommend a replacement?

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry, but we do not carry that 11.5" arm length, and it might be available any longer. We do have the 39-013 with the 13-1/2," but it might be too long. I do believe your best replacement would be the 39-027E with the 9-1/2" arm length.
