Hi, this piece broke on my window, I do not know the name of the manufacturer, but the plastic piece is broken and i cannot close my window properly. Please identify the correct part.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe looks like it may be the 15-228, but this is just an educated guess. You'd have to remove it from the window to confirm.

The compatible coil springs are the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165. From the looks of your cover, I suspect the springs are 1/2" wide. However, please correct me if I'm wrong.

If I'm right, take a look at the 15-150D double spring support or the 15-150T triple spring support, depending on the number of springs used per side.
