I'm looking to replace the broken spring for my Champion Double Hung window.

Hey there. Looks like you have a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. If the spring is stamped '6', use the S152-6 6 pound spring. For new covers, see the 15-143, 15-144 and 15-145 parts that 'sandwich' around the coil. Let us know if you have questions.
