Series 795 but Hook instead of Screw Tab

Thanks for posting. Yes, we see this quite frequently: a Series 795 that uses the 15-198 Hook to attach to the window track, rather than a screw tab. We can custom make these for you; but we may have another solution. Can you show me the hole in the window track that this hook attaches to? The shape of that hole could determine if there's an simpler solution. Thanks.

Thanks for the photo, that's perfect. Your window track has a square hole, which is great, because that means you don't Series 795 balances custom made with the hook. Instead, you can just buy our 26-200 Screw Plug, which should fit right in that hole. You can then install our standard Series 795 with the screw tab. Let me know if you have any other questions.
