Hey there,
Your balances remind me of either our S380-29 with a 1" shoe or our S385-29 with a 1-3/32" shoe. Although, there is a chance that the shoe may have a 7/8" depth measurement. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. If your depth measurement is 7/8", please let me know as these will need to be a custom assembly.
You'll need to select the 2820 stamp option for a sash weighing 12 to 16lbs.
2 measure tapes were very close to 7/8ths and 1 tape measured 15/16ths
So I'm guessing we probably need the 7/8th shoe
Is there anything else I should check on or measure?
Thanks for confirming! It does appear you'll need the 7/8" shoe.
I've forwarded a link with a quote for (2) balances made with a 15-029 shoe. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom order. Please let me know if you would like a higher quantity of balances and I'd be happy to adjust the quantity for you.
You'll be able to use the link to review the quote and place the order from your online cart. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder for the email if you do not find it in your primary inbox.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist with.
Just let me know what I need to do to arrange for payments.
Also please let me know if there's any other parts that aren't included with the balances in case I need order them separately.
I've updated the quote per your request. As confirmed, you'll be able to use the link to review the quote and place the order from your online cart.
The only other parts I can think of are the top sash guide (installed at the top corner of the sash) or the take out clip; part 16-002. However, you'll need to examine them to determine if they need to be replaced or not. There is a chance they are still in good, working condition.
If you do decide you need to replace the top sash guides, I'll need to see a photo of them removed from the sash.
