Alside Double Hung - Centurion window repair

To start I am tying to focus on just one window. See attached photos but both the cams where the bottom sash attaches are broken. What is the best way to go about replacing and fixing this window. Is product# 15-177 what I need? Am I able to buy just a replacement metal cam? Or would I be better off buying a whole new cam/shoe/spring assembly (if so what product # do you recommend)?
For the other 9 windows what is the best way to navigate your products to determine compatibility?

Hey there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell replacement metal cams but the 15-177 indeed appears to be what you need. The compatible springs are the Series 152. It looks like your old spring is stamped with the number 6 which means you'd want the S152-6 6-pound spring.
If all the windows are the same brand and model, odds are that they use the same hardware but it's never a bad idea to check to be sure. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

The total length and head size/dimensions of the pivot bars for the top sash is the same length as the pivot bars needed on the bottom sash. However the screw holes are a different distance from the head. Top sash has a little # 4 on it and the hole appears to be about 1-7/16" from the end (head side). The bottom sash has a little #6 on it and the hole appears to be about 1-5/8" from the end (head side).
Housings are the same for both the top and bottom sashes. I have photos but it would only let me upload 5 at a time so I will try and send the housing photos after this message.

Your pivot bar resembles the 26-352. Review the specifications and see how they compare with yours.
Unfortunately, we don't sell a replacement for pivot bar housing. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
