Alside Window - Need replacement shoe or shoe and balance system

Question

I have two lower double hung Alside windows manufactured in April 2021 where one or both of the metal part within the shoe is broken. On one window, both the left and right metal part is broken. On the other window, only one of the metal parts is broken. This is not allowing the window to stay in the up position. The window with only one metal part broken can almost hold itself up, but can't quite do it. The window with two metal parts broken can't hold itself up at all.
The track is 1 1/4" wide and approximately 9/16" deep. The shoe is 1 1/2" tall. Please see pictures attached. Is replacing the metal part only possible, or does the whole shoe need to be replaced? Does the coil balance need to be replaced as well?
Each window sash is 26 pounds. I cann't see markings on the coil.
On one of the windows, the upper sash also has a broken metal piece as well. Would that be the same parts as the lower sash?

Thanks for posting. This looks like a Series 140 Coil Balance system. This system comes as one whole unit, and when any components break it is best to replace the whole assembly. For a 26 pound window, you could use the S140-13 13 pound system, one on each side of the sash. This would equal 26 pounds of overall support.

It would be best to obtain the weight of the upper sash to determine what spring weights you need, but if the shoe and coil design looks the same, it is also a Series 140. Let me know if you have further questions.
