Alside series 0501 replacement coil balance spring

Hello.

First, I found this post, which looks very similar to my window components: https://www.swisco.com/discussions/Alside-double-hung-replacement-window-coil-balances-77-74598.

Just in case my window parts are not quite the same, attached are some pics. If possible, I would like to purchase a replacement coil balance spring for each sash. I'll buy the shoes if necessary. Then, I'll know what to do if/when another window has the same issue.
