Your pivot bar is similar in design to our 26-040, while your pivot shoe looks like our 15-015. I'm afraid I can't determine your precise dimensions from just a photo held next to the part, however, so your next step should be to compare the dimensions we show on our site to your original parts.
The tilt latch is similar to our 26-193 and 26-194. As before, you will need to compare our dimensions to yours to verify that they align.
hello and thank you for the advice. pivot shoe and tilt latch look perfect. I am assuming that the suggested pivot bar 26-040 will work for this pivot shoe 15-015. One difference from mine, is the pivot bar 26-040 has one hole and mine has two holes. do you have another bar with two holes or can I drill another hole on the bar? otherwise would it be ok to just screw it with one screw only?

Yes, the 26-040 and the 15-015 are fully compatible. Regarding the pivot bar holes, we do sell versions of this part with two holes but none have that second hole as close to the front tip as you show here. Some examples are our 26-068, 26-083, and 26-089. However you don't need both holes for the pivot bar to install. As long as the position of one hole matches up then it will install just fine.
