This window was installed in 2003 by the original owner. My Mom purchased the house in 2016 and the split arm operators on this window broke. We went to where the windows were purchased and they reached out to American Craftsman in hopes of getting the replacements needed to repair this problem. We are in need of both the left and right split arm operators. Is this something that you carry?? Hoping you can help and thank you!!

Could you uninstall your operator and show us? We'll need to see the entire mechanism clearly, arms and all. That will help us determine what operator you have.

Thank you for the additional photos!

Your old GU operator is no longer made, but you might be able to replace it with our 39-315 and 39-316 operators. Take a look at the video below and see what you think.

We ordered the new operators and I installed them Friday. The part that took time was making the hole bigger to accommodate the new operators but it's better to take your time. The new operators work great and dress up the window. Thanks so much for all your help!!
